Ronnie Joe Elmore is a native of Casey County, Kentucky. Growing up and working on a farm, then working in retail grocery until his early twenties. Looking for something more fulfilling, Ronnie had begun a career with the Kentucky Transportation cabinet, and developed an interest in real estate. Ronnie got his real estate sales associate license and soon after his apprentice auctioneer license. Ronnie used the experience and education he had gained working in the real estate business to transfer to the Right of Way division.
Ronnie has since joined us at Kentucky Lifestyle Properties, LLC, bringing with him, 18+ years of real estate experience and a genuine interest in the happiness of his customers. Ronnie continues his career with KYTC in the Right of Way and Utilities Division, working with people across the Commonwealth in acquiring surplus Right of Way. His 10+ years dealing with the appraising, acquiring and now disposing of State owned property brings a unique perspective on real estate to the office.

Ronnie is married to Cassy Elmore and has two sons, Tristan and Briar. Having always lived in rural Casey County, Ronnie is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hiking, camping and hunting in his downtime. Epp Walls is the co-owner of Kentucky Lifestye Properties along with his wife Broker/Owner Kathleen Walls. Epp and Kathleen own a beautiul horse farm in Monticello Kentucky where they both love living and enjoying the Country Lifestye along with their many horses and donkeys, as well as dogs and very spoiled barn cats! Epp is very much an outdoors person!
Epp grew up in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina where he loved to hunt, fish and hike with his Dad and brothers. Epp still loves to deer hunt, mostly with a camera on their farm in Kentucky as well as going Trout fishing with his wife Kathleen in the beautiful Cumberland River Trophy Trout waters just below Wolf Creek Dam.
Epp was also very much into sports. He played football for 10 years as well as a competitive Martial Artist.
Epp has been in the construction business for over 30 years working in Residential as well as Commercial and Industrial. Epp is very familiar with any type of building or stucture large or small and cost of construction as well.
Epp went to school at Southwestern Community College where he studied to become an Electrical Contractor as well as a Residential and Commercial Building Contractor. Epp has a Electrical Contracting license in North Carolina as well as holding a current Electrical Contracting License in the state of Kentucky.
Epp also is an award winning Christian Singer/Songwriter.
Epp also graduated from the New York Institute of Photography where he now uses his skills and love for photography to give each United Country customer the very best photos and videos to showcase their homes and properties.

Kathleen was born in St. Petersburg Fl., grew up in Odessa and graduated High School in Tampa. After graduation she worked for General Telephone for 7 years as a long distance operator and disbursement accounting clerk.
In 1982 she moved to St. Pete Beach and changed careers. Kathleen owned and operated a charter boat center on the beach and earned her United States Coast Guard Captains license where she operated sailing, fishing and sightseeing charter boats for 8 years.
In 1990 Kathleen moved to the Smokey Mountains where she raised, trained and showed horses successfully for 11 years and in 2001 they purchased a 129 acre farm in Liberty, KY and built a really special equine facility. They currently have 5 horses, a Labradoodle, and 2 barn cats.
Kathleen married a wonderful Christian man in 2002 that is both an electrical contractor as well as an award winning Christian Country Recording artist. He has recently completed a course with the NY Institute for Photography and is also a Realtor in Somerset at their new office. Epp is busy listing & selling real estate and taking professional photographs of the properties they list.
Kathleen began selling real estate with United Country in 2003 in Liberty KY where she lives, and has received both Pinnacle Club and Pinnacle Bronze awards every single year. In November 2017 she and her husband purchased their own United Country franchise in Somerset.
