Ronnie Elmore REALTOR®/REALTREE LAND PRO/PRINCIPAL AUCTIONEER

Ronnie Joe Elmore is a native of Casey County, Kentucky. Growing up and working on a farm, then working in retail grocery until his early twenties. Looking for something more fulfilling, Ronnie had begun a career with the Kentucky Transportation cabinet, and developed an interest in real estate. Ronnie got his real estate sales associate license and soon after his apprentice auctioneer license.  Ronnie used the experience and education he had gained working in the real estate business to transfer to the Right of Way division.  

Ronnie has since joined us at Kentucky Lifestyle Properties, LLC, bringing with him, 20+ years of real estate experience and a genuine interest in the happiness of his customers. Ronnie continues his career with KYTC in the Right of Way and Utilities Division, working with people across the Commonwealth in acquiring surplus Right of Way. His 10+ years dealing with the appraising, acquiring and now disposing of State owned property brings a unique perspective on real estate to the office.

Ronnie is married to Cassy Elmore and has two sons, Tristan and Briar. Having always lived in rural Casey County, Ronnie is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hiking, camping and hunting in his downtime. Epp Walls is a Owner/REALTOR®, GRI, Apprentice Auctioneer, FAA Certified Drone Pilot, as well as the co-owner of Kentucky Lifestyle Properties along with his wife Broker/Owner Kathleen Walls. Epp and Kathleen own a beautiful horse farm in Monticello Kentucky where they both love living and enjoying the Country Lifestyle along with their many horses and, as well as dogs and very spoiled barn cats! Epp is very much an outdoors person!

Epp grew up in the Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina where he loved to hunt, fish and hike with his Dad and brothers. Epp still loves to deer hunt, mostly with a camera on their farm in Kentucky as well as going Trout fishing with his wife Kathleen in the beautiful Cumberland River Trophy Trout waters just below Wolf Creek Dam.

Epp had been in the construction business for over 30 years working in Residential as well as Commercial and Industrial. Epp is very familiar with any type of building or structures large or small and the cost of construction as well.

Epp went to school at Somerset Community College for visual communications. Kentucky Auction Academy.  Epp also went to school at Southwestern Community College where he studied to become an Electrical Contractor as well as a Residential and Commercial Building Contractor. Epp has a Electrical Contracting license in North Carolina as well as holding a current Electrical Contracting License in the state of Kentucky.

Epp also is an award winning Christian Singer/Songwriter.

Epp also graduated from the New York Institute of Photography where he now uses his skills and love for photography to give each United Country customer the very best photos and videos to showcase their homes and properties.

Kathleen Walls BROKER/REALTOR®/OWNER/EQUINE SPECIALIST

Florida native Kathleen Walls, co-owns United Country Real Estate | Kentucky Lifestyle Properties with
her husband Epp, and has a history with horses going back more than 50 years. After earning her U.S.
Coast Guard Captain’s license during the 1980s she found herself operating sailing, fishing and
sightseeing charter boats. By 1990, she shifted gears, moving to the Smoky Mountains where she
raised, trained and showed horses for the next 11 years.

In 1997 she attended the University of Georgia and was certified in both Equine artificial insemination
and nutrition. From then thru 2010 Kathleen and her husband personally bred mares on their 129 acre
farm, resulting in raising many Spotted Saddle horse World Champions thru their breeding program. She
also served on the National Board of directors for both the TWHBEA and SSHBEA in middle TN as their
NC directors for many years. In addition, Kathleen has also adopted wild mustangs thru the BLM
adoption program, trained them and found them their forever homes once they were ready.

Kathleen joined United Country in 2003 as an agent and in 2017 opened UCRE | Kentucky Lifestyle
Properties in Somerset. Horse properties and lake homes are her specialty but she also has extensive knowledge in
country homes, hunting properties and farmland to add to her valued expertise.

Kathleen enjoys raising a garden and canning, with jams and jellies being a favorite of hers. Ask her about her Pineapple Jalapeno Jam and Cowboy Candy !
