★★★★★ "First, I would like to say my real estate agents, Epp and Kathleen Walls deserve 10 stars, but this only allows 5 stars. Their reputation preceded them and I liked EVERYTHING I heard about them. In our first meeting when they came to look at the property and list it, we started out with a prayer. They don’t flaunt their Christianity but they “walk the walk”. No one that I knew was as knowledgeable of small farms in my area. So, it was a no brainer hiring them to handle the sale of my property. They’re extremely knowledgeable, personable, yet very professional—-and they combine that with compassion and caring for their clients. I was going through a divorce and they always were cognizant of my situation which produced many dynamics while bringing the sale of this property to fruition. They will qualify the buyer, eliminating the wishful thinker, recreation sight seer and perennial shoppers of property. In short, they’re two of the best I’ve ever seen. Do not even look anymore if you’re searching for an excellent agent. You’ve found them with Epp and Kathleen Walls. Again, I’m sorry I can’t give them 10 stars. ~ Frank Crabtree
